  1. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED For what purpose will we process your personal data?

KEIGIO will process user data for the following purposes:

Responding to inquiries, requests, or suggestions made through the contact form and corporate email accounts. Managing contracting, billing, and ensuring contracted services. Managing the publication of comments made by interested parties on our blog. Accessing our private client area. Sending electronic communications about news and updates of contracted products and/or services, unless otherwise indicated or the user opposes or revokes their consent. Periodically sending commercial information (newsletter) about services and news related to our professional activity, provided that the interested party gives us their consent and keeping the option to revoke said consent available. If you submit your CV or apply for different job offers that we may publish, we will process your data to evaluate and manage your job application and, if applicable, carry out the necessary actions for the selection and hiring of personnel, in order to offer you positions that match your profile. Unless otherwise indicated, providing the required data is necessary, so failure to provide them will prevent the continuation of the selection process. Complying with legally established obligations, as well as verifying compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention. What categories of data do we process?

In accordance with the aforementioned purposes, KEIGIO processes the following categories of data:

Identifying data: name, surnames, postal address, email address, postal code, telephone. Academic and professional data: education/qualifications, professional experience, membership of professional colleges or associations, in the case of selection processes. Metadata of electronic communications. Commercial information data. Economic, financial, banking data. In some cases, the requested personal data are mandatory, so the refusal to provide them will make it impossible to provide the contracted services. These cases will be indicated by the Controller. The user guarantees that the provided data are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may arise as a result of the breach of such obligation. In the event that the user provides data from third parties, they declare to have their consent and undertake to transfer to them the information contained in this clause, exempting KEIGIO from any liability in this regard. However, KEIGIO may carry out verifications to verify this fact, adopting the due diligence measures that correspond, in accordance with data protection regulations.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing the data collected from inquiries, requests, or suggestions made through the contact form and/or corporate emails lies in our legitimate interest in responding to a potential client and in consent, a clear affirmative action of the user who, by making the inquiry, is authorizing us to process their data solely and exclusively for the purpose of responding to it.

For the management of service contracting, payment, billing, and corresponding shipments, the legal basis lies in the execution of the contract itself.

The legal basis for managing the publication of comments on our blog lies in our legitimate interest in knowing the opinions of interested parties and in consent, a clear affirmative action of the user, who by writing said comment is authorizing us to process their data solely and exclusively for that purpose.

For accessing our private client area, the legal basis lies in the user's consent granted when creating the account for said private area and in the contractual relationship maintained with KEIGIO.

For sending electronic communications about news and updates of contracted products and/or services, the legal basis for processing lies in the legitimate interest of KEIGIO in carrying out such processing in accordance with current regulations.

For periodically sending commercial information (newsletter) about services and news related to our professional activity, the legal basis lies in the user's consent.

The legal basis for processing data regarding the submission of CVs and registrations in professional offers that we may publish is based on the consent of the user submitting their data.

Finally, the processing of data to comply with legally established obligations, as well as to verify compliance with contractual obligations, including fraud prevention, finds its legal basis as the description of its purpose indicates in compliance with a legal obligation.

How long do we keep your data?

KEIGIO will keep the personal data of users for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and as long as they do not revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods.

In the case of the data you provide us regarding the job offers you want to subscribe to, they will be kept for one year from the date of the last update. After this period, if they have not been updated, the data will be deleted unless you indicate otherwise.

What security measures do we implement to protect your data?

KEIGIO  is committed to the protection of personal data, user privacy, and cybersecurity. Therefore, to protect the different types of data reflected in this privacy policy, it will implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent their loss, manipulation, dissemination, or alteration, such as encryption of communications between the user's device and KEIGIO  servers, perimeter security systems, or proactive IDS/IPS systems, among others.

  1. DATA COMMUNICATION To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The Controller contracts with third-party data processors to provide their services. Except for these entities, your data will not be communicated to other third parties. If for any reason it is necessary to communicate such data to third parties, you will be informed beforehand, and, if necessary, your consent will be requested, specifying the purposes of the communication and the identity of the third party to whom they will be communicated.

All this, except in cases where a legal requirement obliges the communication of such data to a third party.
